I had several maintenance items and repairs completed. They provided a rental vehicle free of charge, although audio and video recording occurs during use, which is a bit unsettling from a privacy perspective. They were communicative and completed the work promptly. Their pricing is on the higher side. That said, they recommended services I’d had performed there previously, well before they’re generally needed. Be careful about unnecessary maintenance recommendations and be sure to check your car’s own maintenance history. Proceed with caution.

I just walked in to get a car inspection cause they were the closest tbh but they were very kind and friendly. They worked me in and apparently had appointments all day but got it done in a timely manner. I also see they do repair work and they had this lil sign that said something along the lines of “we stand behind our work, we won’t do any work that’s not authorized,etc”. I very much value a business who has integrity and holds themselves to a high ethical standard. My dad does all things mechanical to my car now but he’s pushing 65 so I may need to come there once he isn’t able to do it anymore :)

My experience at A&J automotive was spectacular. I came in for my inspection and they offer a complimentary car health report. In the report there were some minor issues. I spoke with Carter and he reassured me that these repairs were minor and something to consider in the future. Never felt that they were pushy about me doing the repairs. In our conversation about next steps I realized that I still had warranty on my car and he had expressed confidence in working with the company and provided me with a loaner vehicle until my car would be ready. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and by Friday the repairs were completed. This whole process was smooth, clear communication and they made me feel comfortable moving forward with those repairs. The waiting area was clean and plenty of seating and was offered refreshments. A&J has great customer service and would recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend this auto shop any day! I called and spoke with Travis about having brakes and rotors checked on my truck. He advised to bring it in the next day and they would take care of it. I also advised him of other issues/concerns that I had and he told me that would take care of that as well. Service was completed same day and Travis kept me posted/informed every step of the way. Customer service was awesome and pricing was extremely reasonable! I’ve found my new auto shop! Thanks for everything! You made this a very pleasant and stress free experience Travis 😊

Travis at A & J Auto is great! He was able to get me in for an appointment quickly. He even had a loaner car available for me. It’s nice not to have to sit and wait for my car or get a ride from somebody back-and-forth. All the work was done in a timely method before I had to go to work. Thank you so much!
